PMUC is launching a new lottery 28 years after launchung horse racing bets

The Pari Mutuel Urbain Camerounais (PMUC), a Cameroonian company, has just launched a new range of lottery with a first offer called Africa Millions. This allows bettors to win a prize pool of at least 50 million FCFA by drawing lots.
